Dear Mr Zandpour
We first apologise for the late notification of acceptance of abstracts. This was largely caused by a decision to allow late submissions to the conference for key symposia.
The technical program committee is delighted to accept your paper entitled The Principle Of Universal Parallelism And Its Application In Earthquake Prediction (doc id 7) for poster presentation at the AESC conference to be held in Melbourne from July 2-6, 2006
Presentation of your poster requires registration at the conference. As a presenter, we are pleased to be able to offer you reduced registration at the early bird rate provided that you take this up before March 31, 2006. If however you do not register by April 28, your paper may be withdrawn from the final program.
Instructions for preparation of posters will be on the website in the coming weeks.
We look forward to seeing you in Melbourne, and appreciate the important contribution you will be making to the success of the convention.
Your 100 word abstract, biography and photo may be published in Preview (the conference Handbook). For those wishing to do so, a 100-word Biography and greyscale photo must be emailed before April 28 to David Denham at http://us.f507.mail.yahoo.com/ym/Compose?To=denham@webone.com.au . Failing this, the 50-word biography already entered via the conference website will be used and no photo will be published. The revised biography should be less than 100 words and include your current contact details, affiliation and position. A template is provided at http://www.earth2006.org.au/speakersinfo.shtml.
The website will reopen between March 1 and April 28 for the submission of extended abstracts, and replacement/correction of the 100 word summaries.
Please take this opportunity to prepare an extended abstract if you have not already done so, for inclusion on the conference DVD. Please visit the website via the attached link to make changes and/or upload extended abstracts http://www.tmpwave.com/earth2006/reg/.
Regards,
Jim Macnae and Rick Squire
Technical Program Chairmen
